How much do you charge?
We pride ourselves on affordabilty. Hourly rates start at $15.00 and range up to $25.00 depending on the services you choose. We also offer "mini" retainers, consisting of 10 hours of support.
Your rates seem high? I sure wouldn't pay an employee that much.

Our rates are very competitive. Most Virtual Assistants charge between $30-$70/hour depending on their specialty. When you consider an administrative employee's salary (@ $17.00 per hour) and include medical benefits, payroll processing, overtime, taxes, bonuses, worker's compensation, unemployment, insurance liability, lawsuits, office space, equipment, training, sick time, and temporary agencies, you are paying much more than $25.00/hour. In addition, employees are not always 100% productive due to distractions, breaks and personal issues. When you factor in non-productivity you're paying even more, possibly 2-3 times this amount.
You said you had a 10-hour mini-retainer contract. How much is it? Do I have to use the 10 hours all on one project?

Our mini-retainers cost only $230.00. We are very flexible so you may use your 10 hours on how many projects it will cover. We provide this discounted plan for people who know they will need some extra assistance in the future. By using this plan you know we will be available to you as needed and will make schedule adjustments if necessary to accomodate you.

Yes! We offer a one-time 20% welcome discount to all new clients upon completion of their project. In addition, we have a referral program that allows clients to get an addtional 10% discount for every new paying client they refer. Our senior citizens receive a 10% discount on every order! We also run specials on certain services from time-to-time, so be sure to look for them on our web site.
