  1. Is there a contract to sign?
    We require our clients to sign agreement paperwork that outlines the project requirements, expectations and payment terms. Agreements are project specific and do not require minimum hours unless you opt for a 10-hour mini-retainer.

  2. When is payment due?
    We require a thirty percent non-refundable deposit to initiate our services. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.

  3. What if you cannot do the project I have given you a deposit for?
    You will receive your thirty percent deposit back. Deposits are only non-refundable if you cancel our signed agreement. We do not accept projects we feel we cannot complete. If our time constraints impede our agreement with you, then we will gladly refund your deposit.

  4. What types of payment methods do you accept? Can you bill me?
    We accept checks, money orders and credit cards using PayPal. We do not offer billing services at this time but may offer this service to clients in the future.
