How do I begin a search?
After logging in, select “Search” from the green menu at the top right of the page. Enter the criteria you would like to search by, click “Search” and review the results. To change the criteria, use the “Refine Your Search” area in the left-hand column. Just click on the new selection, and the search results will be refreshed.
Can I save a search?

Yes. On the Search Results page, select “Save this search”. You will be prompted to name the search, and it will then be available in the My Searches menu selection.
If you would like an email alert when new or changed listings come on LoanMLS, select the "email me new listings..." checkbox.
How do I receive an email alert about specific search criteria?

At the top left of the search results page, select the link "Send me an email alert". In order to receive the email alert, the search must be saved. The system will automatically prompt you to save the search and create a name you will recognize for the search (e.g. Low LTV 1sts in Southern California).
The checkbox "email me new listings..." is automatically checked. Each time a new listing is posted, or an existing listing is changed, which matches your crtieria, LoanMLS will send you an email alert.
You can manage your saved listings and email alerts by going to the My Searches menu selection.
