  1. All my Contacts disappeared after I did a Filter Search.
    In the Filter Contacts Tab, click New Search. Your Contacts should reappear.

    Go to Agent Manager and select the SMS all Agents button. Select the Agents you want to SMS click save. Input your message and click Send

    Go to Filter Contacts then set the filter to only clients with email. Click on Clt list and choose mail merge. Process the document on all records
