Due to my head assisstant being away i was not alerted of this message in the forum as i dont check it often while he does.
but here goes.
ok...well its male, if around the pupil is white then it is more than likely an adult, that is correct, it is a blue clear wing...well if the front is fluffy it was either been plucking or the feathers had been pulled out by magpies...also it may be a young bird going into adulthood. I am sorry that my information is a bit vague but it is quite hard without seeing the bird myself. if the droppings are black and white and quite solid then it sounds healthy, as long as it its chest isnt clicking when it breaths it sounds ok, it may be breathing heavily as its in a strange environment, also it may take a budgie about 2 weeks to settle down,
