Thank you very muc for using MY BUDGIE BIBLE, during our technical difficulty.
The best time to start to handle budgies is when you seperate them from their mother, I normally start to habdle budgies at the age of 12 weeks, this is due to the fact that they are under the age of 4 months and can be tamed quite easily.
