Well if it is a youngbudgie white on a male cere is normal, whether it being white flecking or white around the outsides of the cere, unless it seems to be bulging or abnormal to you then it should be fine, but over the interent it is hard to diagnose problems, If you have any majo worries then contact a Vet! |
