Message:		Nothing beats betting trackside because it really is the ONLY place to be during the flat season. But you MUST watch the pre-parade to confirm your paddock thoughts. The Shona Prophett theory has been researched over a period of years and has proven to be very reliable, much more so than studying form! To a certain extent, the theory can be utilised if you have access to a racing channel and to a lesser extent (better than nothing) it can be utilised just by watching TV. What I would say, however, is that it is totally USELESS for non-televised races. What is the theory? More on this soon....
