Message:		Hello everybody! You have no doubt heard this too many times, but I have always been enchanted with your Island. The history is totally fasinating, romantic, and interesting. Years ago I had some research scientists I worked with in Seattle with, sent me a letter from there. I still have it and it is so romantic to me. Living in this rain soaked area probably has a lot to do with my fasination of your lovely island as well.. Hey, I just remembered I live on an island myself called Camano Island in Washington state. I lived on a city slicker farm and I love it. We have beautiful Islands all around us. It's always too cold to swim in the water, but we try. They are called the San Juans. We go boat camping on some of the islands. On one island there are huge racoons that stand one their two back legs. They try to raid your food 24/7. They will come right up to you, it's scarey!! They are our boat apart looking for chow!! There is plenty of food for them, but maybe they are tired of fish! Who knows?? I better go, my a key doesn't work well and it takes for ever to write something. I'll post on my other computer. Have a lovely day!! Karen
