Aching legs part of endo???
hi girls! i meant to ask this in my last post, but forgot! does anyone have aches and pains in their hip joints or knee joints and aching pain through their legs? i have had this lately, along with a lot of perineum pressure and it's killing me! just want to know if it's an endo thing or not. i usually (not to be gross) have the pressure with a bm, esp on my period, but lately it's all the time and my legs are hurting so bad from my hips to my ankles. help! thanks a lot! gabrielbeth :) |

Hello, Yes, leg pain can be part of endo. My legs hurt mostly when ever I begin to cramp. I have noticed my right leg hurts the majority of the time, it reminds of a growing pain in the top portion of my leg. The pain from my right side seems to radiate down my leg. gina |

My legs hurt / ache a lot on my periods too. It's mostly my thighs but sometimes will radiate down to my knees or calves too. They hurt like I've worked out WAY too much and am incredibly sore from it. I've just discovered Calcium Lactate Monohydrate which really helps the severe backaches I get at my period and it also seems to help the leg aches too. It must help relax the muscles. Potassium is also supposed to be a good muscle relaxer, just be careful of how much you take. You can overdose on Potassium. I've read you should take it for 10 days leading up to your period. I usually only remember the "day of" when the pain hits though. :-) Then I just take it for a few days. |

Hi Gabrielbeth... I'm with the other girls...Mine hurts mainly in my thighs, and I've noticed my right leg hurts more, the left leg has a pain that seems like it's at the hip socket or something...I'm gonna ask my Gyn about it when I go in next..Hope yours gets better! Kristina |
