B12 SHOTS-UPDATE

Oh they have helped so much! but today I am back tired again/struggling. I asked my Dr. about it, as it had been 3 days since my last one. She said I can up the dose to 3 X a week.Actually I feel like taking a bath in the stuff!!!

It seems they take about 24 hours to kick in (I did one last night) so am waiting....patiently but want to go back to bed right now.

My Dr. said I was deficiant in B12 according to my blood test, so it may just take a few weeks here to stablize.

also the blood levels may take 60 days to restore for the anemia.

God Bless All of you
Hopefully I will get a surge tonite!

Re: B12 SHOTS-UPDATE

Start passing that stuff around...so glad it is working wonders for you and I hope your new shot kicks in real soon. So,maybe you can somehow overlap them and that way you aren't going up and down so much. Oh well, you got to rest sometime. Take care and Glad to hear that your B12 shots are working miracles for you. May God bless you.

Re: B12 SHOTS-UPDATE

ahhhhhhhhh
OK, It kicked in now! almost 12:00 midnight.
I have energy, but everyone is asleep!!! did not have energy earlier - could barely take a walk.

Since I now figure it takes 24 hours to kick in, I had better do the shot in the mornings, so it works the next morning. So much work to get done as my business is barely surviving.

Well I guess it is just like any other natural medicine, vitamin....it is different for each individual & takes some adjusting to what works.
For now I am going to take them every 2 days. As time goes on, hopefully I can decrease the doses. No harm at all, as it is water soluble, but my body should start to retain the B12.

I am going to take a shower now, dry my hair & put on bit of makeup to get a start on tommorow, as I can tell now it will be a new energized type of day!!!!Yea!

Talk to you girls tommorow!
Blessings to all of you
