nausea
Hi. I'm new at all this, I actually just saw this website and I thought that maybe someone on here would have an answer for me. I was just wondering if anyone else gets random neausea. I usually get nausea with cramps, but the last couple of months Ive been nauseated and dizzy on random days in between periods. Has anyone else had this? and if so how do you deal with it? Thanks!! |

Hi Laura, Welcome here! I have had a lot of Nausea through this ordeal of endometriosis. Luckily it is mostly all gone now but I can give you some reasons for mine. I am not sure if I spoke to you before but my answer for all my health problems has been a naturopathic Dr. www.naturopathic.org I hope this is not confusing to you, as nausea has been from many factors for me... My Nausea & where it came from: 1) I was not regular-excuse details as I thought I was regular. Now 2 times a day is the norm in the health industry. This alleviated all the nausea from that area as whenever I felt I had to go #2, I felt I would throw up. What helped-slippery elm bark powder & great diet 2) Pain definately causes nausea 3) Fear-definate cause 4) dairy products can be a culprit 5)Hormonal surge!!! When I would get this surge (I am estrogen dominant) I would feel very sick. Please try to find out what is causing the nausea of course, you can try eliminating dairy to see if any difference. Does it come from pain? Do you have a few bowel movements every day? Does it come from fear? I probably left a lot out, but will ask those questions for now. Have you been diagnosed with endometriosis? I hope this message helps somewhat. Welcome here again!!! Lori |

Hi again, I guess Tina and I wrote exactly at the same time. Crystalized Ginger sounds wonderful! or Ginger Tea Where do you get that Tina? Maybe they have the Tea at the grocery store? I never looked for it their. I can add that remedy to my remedy page. I had always read ginger was good but once tried very strong Ginger ale soda & it was gross. I think they still sell the regular ginger ale though as that may also work. I have also used Chamomille tea for it when it is related to nerves. talk later, Lori

Lori, Thanks for the welcome and the info. I'm not sure where the nausea comes from. It definitely is the worst when I have pain, but there are random days when I feel nausious without any pain. I'll try cutting down on dairy, that could be it because I tend to eat alot of it. And I'll try the tea that was suggested, where do you get that though? I have been diagnosed with endometriosis, but only acouple months ago so all of this is really new and confusing to me. Thanks again! (to you and Tina) Laura |
