Pain Relief and Anti-Nausea Tea

Just glancing through the endometriosis diet book from endo-resolved
I have always read that raspberry leaves were great for pain relief, so maybe of an interest for some of you.

Ginger has pain relieving and anti-nausea properties.
Raspberry leaves have uterine relaxant properties and help diarrhea.

TEA

1 Pint of water
1 tsp. fresh ginger root
1 tsp. raspberry leaves
1 tsp. maple syrup if desired

Boil water. Put herbs in water & stir. Simmer 15 mins.

talk later,
Lori

Re: Pain Relief and Anti-Nausea Tea

Now if only I could have raspberry leaves :P But it flares my bladder! I tried raspberry tea for cramps and it just caused my bladder to flare! but that's the fun of having two diseases that once! Some things that may help one, may bother the other! I'm sure some of you know the feeling who have more than one disease too!
