To Rachel
Hi Rachel, Do not mean to preach too much, but will go with how I am feeling led to say this today: one suggestion for your appt. with Dr. Lam. I think this is a very good chance at some recovery. If you can, get a bible. Read any of it, especially the book of John. pray, pray, pray. ask for wisdom and guidance for you and the Dr. Pray without ceasing. 1 thessalonians 5:17 Pray before the appointment. Pray for guidance in treatment decisions and money problems. Pray for help and understanding from your parents. Also be thankful for every good gift, as they are all from above. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation of shadow of turning. James 1:17 Show me your ways oh Lord, teach me your paths; guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Saviour, and my hope is in you all day long. psalm 25:4-5 possibly meditate on these things above and start memorizing some scripture. I am sorry I do not remember if you are of a christian faith or not but will post this anyways. praying for you, Lori

Yep! I'm christian! Thanks for the advice! And yeah I have a bible and have read it, studied it in church, and in seminary last year, and I've read the whole thing actually last year. In my church we actually also have some other scriptures all other churches don'thave, but yeah! I'll probably go highlight the scriptures you gave! And yes I will pray that I will find something to help, and talking to him will go well and help! |
