chaste tree
Trying to help my daughter with her endo. She is making improvements with her diet, doing a herbal liver cleanse (started about 5 days ago) from health food store. Using evening primrose oil, progesterone BHRT troches for about 2 weeks. Haven't gotten any chaste tree, how important is that? She goes back to her gyno on Wed, who recommended Luporon if the troches don't work. She is 20 years old. Don't seem to see much if any improvement in the pain. Pain is in back and pelvic region. Diet is helping with regularity. Also what is best form for calcim and magnesium citrate? |

Hi, I posted about the vitex(chastree)on the other thread. I use calcium/magnesium citrate liquid form-called calcium citrate, it contains vitamin D also. I also read from dr. lam on the natural page about another form of calcium that is good.-carbone or something like that(see the natural page dr. lams article) I think Jill uses Shaklee? I know that you want quick relief, but do realize that the natural route is a healing process & hormonal balancing. The reason for the progesterone is to get to a psuedo pregnancy state. I had good results from the cream the 1st month, but I hear it can take up to 6 months to work. I do not know about the pills. I have had a progression to good health. I wish it was quick, but am sorry to say that it requires time and diligence. I hope she can have quick results. Is she going to a naturopath or have you decided to do it on your own? Bless You for being a great mother by helping your daughter! Lori |
