A brand new week!
Hello Endo Sisters, I feel moved to write a little to you tonight, Sunday night, as the week starts anew tomorrow. I would like to challenge myself by challenging you too. This week- let us look for chances to give thanks and praise God! In everything, let us give thanks. I don't know how many of you remember that old show "Polyanna", it was a movie I think, and she was a little girl with big obstacles in her life. But... she was SO positive and looked for things to be thankful about. Her presence brightened the lives of all around her. Anticipating this week and all that lies ahead I wish you peace and love, God be with you in all you do. Sarah D.

Speaking of positive and movies . . . Have any of you seen Facing the Giants? I almost just assume that you have, but if you haven't you need to see it. It is a great movie, and it really spoke to my heart on many levels . . . especially about agreeing with God about what is best for me . . .In the movies one of the characters tells God "I will still love You" . . .even if her prayers and greatest desires weren't answers . . .and in my life I also had to come to a place, maybe not where I could still love Him no matter what His answer, but where I could truly agree that whatever His plan was, was the best for me! And for women with endo, infertility, and many other problems, I think this is a difficult place to come to in our spiritual lives . . . at least it truly was for me. Anyway, watch it if you haven't - it is awesome . . .Plus it was made by a church - has the plan of salvation in it - and it makes a great statement about faith. (I also highly recommend Polyanna for anyone who missed it!) Amber |

Hi Amber, Yes, I have seen the movie~ Facing The Giants! What an awesome testimony that was! I cried my eyes out watching it! The Lord really spoke to me through that film about still loving and trusting him even though month by month goes by and still no pregnancy! Definately an A+ movie! lainya

Loved Polyanna! Haven't seen "Facing the Giants". Have you all seen "Amazing Grace"? That one is really good! I loved it. Would like to buy the DVD and watch it again. Also, we just went to see "National Treasure: Book of Secrets" and loved that one. Hope your hearts are filled with joy today! -Sheila |

Wow we are so blessed.... I know it is only Thursday and that the week isn't over yet, but I am amazed how God provides us our "daily bread"=everything we need just in time. I have found this week so much easier than other weeks, and this week our pipes froze and burst in the house, pain and school stress, but I felt that God has carried me/us through all of it, and I can still laugh and give thanks! I was wondering how to get ahold of these films you all are quoting: Facing the Giants, Unidentified, Time Changer and Amazing Grace? I think I've seen National Treasure. In the backwoods in Canada we don't get access to Christian films. Perhaps they are downloadable? I shouldn't even admit that we do that, but renting is SOoooo expensive, and we share good films with family and neighbours. Well, keep on having a great week all you sisters out there, God bless, Sarah D. |

I'm not to bright about downloads . . . but I would imagine you might find them online . . . One place that has a lot of christian movies (sometimes at great discounts) is www.cbd.com it is the webside for Christian Book Distributors . . . they also have great deals on Bibles, Christian Fiction, Study Books, Home Accents, Gifts . . . It is one of my favorite places to shop . . . The prob with the movies is that the newer they are - they are usually not discounted too much . . . but the older ones are downright cheap sometimes. |
