Local organic cheap food-So. Calif. & more

quick note...

Costco carries organic eggs and
Morey wild alaskan salmon-frozen with good spices on it. Also good nuts in packages called Mrs mays.

Sheltons poultry in pomona. Ground turkey, chicken, good turkey dogs-no preservatives or hormones and pretty great prices!

Trader Joes-lots of organic gluten free products at good prices.

Eat your vegetables girls! so many benefits and healing and digestive enzymes in them and the cauliflower family is estrogen clearing. Oh man, I have not in to many for 2 weeks. need them bad......

Here is some of the main staples I eat besides veggies-
organic eggs
nuts
olive oil and coconut oil to cook with
corn tortillas
salmon
soup with organic chicken stock, quinoa and veggies in it.

all I can think of off hand,
Love to you all,
Lori

at Costco my kids drink kirkland organic milk. They sometimes drink almond milk too, but I get that from trader joes.

Costco usually has some frozen organic vegetables.

Dear Lori,

I went to the health food store that you advised. It is alot cheapper on alot of their stuff compared to the store that I was previously going to. I am trying very hard to eat healthy. I even tried to excersize yesterday .I got about five muinets in before I felt like I was going to die. I still havent had a bowel movement but I can feel one coming on if I continue to eat my plate of veggies once a day, along with the magnesium, Alive, and alo vera juice. My bowel movements are very painful, as this is a symptom of endo, but I will soon get my colon checked when time permits. Thank you so much for sharing with me the right way to take care of my body which is the temple of the Lord.

God bless,
Nettie
