Aunt Sue

Dear Friends and Family,

Yesterday at 3:15 A.M. My Aunt Sue went home to be with Jesus. She received Jesus after repeating the sinners prayer with some of her family Tuesday morning, and was more than ready to meet Jesus face to face as she suffered a lot of pain before she went. She had stage four bladder Cancer which spread to her kidneys . Most all of her other organs slowly shutdown. She really fought for every last breath. My sister and I had the privilege to visit her last Thursday as she was very alert, aware, coherent, and sadly in pain. We helped her with anything she needed along with praying for her, singing to her, and hanging up a banner that said "JESUS LOVES CAROL SUE" which had the signature of many loved ones and their prayers. When I hung it up she starred at it almost the whole time we where there. Every time hospital personal walked in, they would comment on the banner and the wonderful scripture. Aunt Sue would proudly smile. The banner is still being singed by people that know my Aunt Sue. She hugged and kissed My sister and I so many times, It felt so good. Please lift up a prayer for the family and the funeral. I'm am thankful as the family was, for all of the prayers and thoughts. May God continue to bless you all and your families.

Love,
Nettie

P.s.
Please don't forget to give your loved ones an extra big hug and many kisses.

Re: Aunt Sue

Hi Nettie,

I am sorry to hear about your aunt, but I am glad that she is in peace and with the Lord now. Your post brought me to tears, as I have been going through a lot and was not sure, if I was going to meet the Lord this week. Life is short, and you will never know when it is up. I am going to be annointed with oil at church this weekend, and praying the Lord will restore my lungs. Also, in the process of getting into a Pulmonologist. How are you feeling? Will be praying for you and the family tonight.
Love,
Andrea

Re: Aunt Sue

Thank you so much Andrea. I am doing better knowing that my Aunt accepted the Lord. Otherwise I would have cried day and night with a broken heart. I will problably be going to her funneral sometime next week. I pray that you will be healed. I was just thinking before I opened up this post that I shouild have gone to get anointed. I feel that is the right thing to do. May the Lord give you wisdom at the same time. James chapter 1.

Thank yo again for your thoughts and prayers.

Re: Aunt Sue

So sorry, but it sure is comforting to know that she is with Jesus! Our best friend was dying a few years ago and what heartache it was since he did not know Him, but when he trusted in Him for his life a few weeks before his death, now that was great!
What joy as the mountains and hills were singing for your Aunt!!!
Lori

"For you shall go out with joy,
And be led out with peace;
The mountains and the hills
Shall break forth into singing before you,
And all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. Isa 55:12

Re: Aunt Sue

Nettie,

I have been praying for you and your family all week May God comfort you and your family and heep you close to Him.

Im so happy your aunt excepted the Lord and is now with him. When my father-n-law passed recently My heart was so sad but I knew that if I could see what he is seeing now I would not be crying.

They no longer have to suffer or be sad. I cant wait to join them someday in my new body, pain free.
And see Jesus the son of God who set us free! God Bless You
