What are you doing for your immune system?
Been reading your posts about Vitamin D...awesome and I will add it! Thank you! This is a challenge to YOU. ME too ok as it is a struggle daily to remain on track. I have been fighting candida for years which effects my endo and all of my health. I did know that it was an immune problem, but I have not focused on this solely this much till the last few months. Well most consider endo to be an autoimmune problem and so many of us have a list of autoimmune problems where the body attacks itself, like asthma, chronic fatigue and the list goes on and on. In my case, it is easy to kill the candida, but it grows back exceedingly fast each time and worse!. My newest dr. did confirm that it is an immune defect. I want to challenge you! What are you doing for the auto-immune disease of endo? Are you building up your immune system? Are you on a great diet and vitamins? I will put in a list of what I take for it later. Love to you, Lori
