I think I might have endometiosis

Hi Girls,

I'm Nicole. I am 27 years old and I have been suffering with cronic pelvic pain for months. I have pain a week before my period durring and after. The week after seems the worst. My Doctors are going to be running test to rule out any other problems. Yet they are thinking that I have endometriosis. It is all overwhelming. There are night I loss sleep from pain and worring.

I have a strong faith in the Lord and I know it says in the Bible by his wonds we are heald. I pray ever day that this will go away.. I have felt so alone..

Will some one please pray for me... As I will pray for all of you!

God Bless
Nicole

Re: I think I might have endometiosis

Nicole,
Hang in there! I'am also new to this site. I've been having problems since I was about 10-11 years old. I'am not 30 and just diagnosed. I had my first lap Feb 6th 2008, and the Doctor coderized the endo out.

It does somewhat sound like it could be endo.
But don't stress to much right now. For me I have noticed that when I get stressed out, my endo symptoms get worse. It might not be the same for you, but just incase, try to not think to much about it until you know for sure. if you do have endo, this place is a nice site to come to and speak to others who have it as well. I have researched alot on endo,and this site is one of the BEST!!

Please keep us informed on how you are doing and if you have endo.

Almighty Father,
We ask you to bring Nicole great hope and relief. Please take away the worries which you promise in your word to those who trust in you. In Jesus name, amen.

Jesus said,
"Come to me, all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." - Matthew 11:28-30 (NRSV)

Re: I think I might have endometiosis

Dear Nicole,

You have been led by God to the right support group. We have all experienced what you are, or are experiencing it now. It is overwhelming when we think about the perplexing diseas of endo. Our bodies are so complex. When I think about how alone I am or about how anxiouse I feel, I turn to Gods Word. Psalm 139 is one of my favorites when I am in termoil about my body, my symptoms, and where God is in the midst of it all. Endo can be my enemy. But it can also be the very tool that God uses to mold me and shape me into His image.Psa 139:1 For the choir director: A psalm of David. O Lord, you have examined my heart and know everything about me.

Psa 139:2 You know when I sit down or stand up. You know my every thought when far away.
Psa 139:3 You chart the path ahead of me and tell me where to stop and rest. Every moment you know where I am.
Psa 139:4 You know what I am going to say even before I say it, Lord.
Psa 139:5 You both precede and follow me. You place your hand of blessing on my head.
Psa 139:6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too great for me to know!
Psa 139:7 I can never escape from your spirit! I can never get away from your presence!
Psa 139:8 If I go up to heaven, you are there; if I go down to the place of the dead,[fn1] you are there.
Psa 139:9 If I ride the wings of the morning, if I dwell by the farthest oceans,
Psa 139:10 even there your hand will guide me, and your strength will support me.
Psa 139:11 I could ask the darkness to hide me and the light around me to become night-
Psa 139:12 but even in darkness I cannot hide from you. To you the night shines as bright as day. Darkness and light are both alike to you.
Psa 139:13 You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother's womb.
Psa 139:14 Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous-and how well I know it.
Psa 139:15 You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb.
Psa 139:16 You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed.
Psa 139:17 How precious are your thoughts about me,[fn2] O God! They are innumerable!
Psa 139:18 I can't even count them; they outnumber the grains of sand! And when I wake up in the morning, you are still with me!
Psa 139:19 O God, if only you would destroy the wicked! Get out of my life, you murderers!
Psa 139:20 They blaspheme you; your enemies take your name in vain.
Psa 139:21 O Lord, shouldn't I hate those who hate you? Shouldn't I despise those who resist you?
Psa 139:22 Yes, I hate them with complete hatred, for your enemies are my enemies.
Psa 139:23 Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my thoughts.
Psa 139:24 Point out anything in me that offends you, and lead me along the path of everlasting life.

The Lords grace is sufficent, for HIs strength is made perfect in our weakness.

2Cr 12:8 Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me.

2Cr 12:9 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.

2Cr 12:10 That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

May the Lord direct you. I pray to the Father that you will find comfort. And I do pray for a healing. I do believe that God can heal if he wills. But I also believe that he will carry us through anything.

A Psalm of David.
THE LORD is my shepherd;

I shall not want.
Psa 23:2 He makes me to lie down in green pastures;
He leads me beside the still waters.
Psa 23:3 He restores my soul;
He leads me in the paths of righteousness
For His name's sake.

Psa 23:4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil;
For You are with me;
Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

Psa 23:5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
You anoint my head with oil;
My cup runs over.
Psa 23:6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
All the days of my life;
And I will dwell[fn1] in the house of the LORD
Forever.

May the Lord BE your Wisdom.

Love,
Nettie
