PLEASE WORD OF GOD SPEAK TO ME!!!!!!
I WANTED TO POST THIS SONG BECAUSE I BELIEVE THAT THE LORD WANTS US TO KNOW THAT HE DOSE SPEAK. OFTEN TIMES WE ARE WONDERING WHERE GOD IS IN THE MIDST OF OUR TRIALS. WE CAN'T SEE HIM OR HEAR HIM. SOMETIMES HE IS SILENT FOR A REASON. MAY BE FOR OUR FAITH TO GROW STRONGER IN HIM. I THINK OF MY LITTLE DAUGHTER WHEN SHE IS CRYING FOR ME. SHE CAN'T SEE ME BECAUSE I'M IN THE OTHER ROOM. BUT I HEAR HER VERY WELL AND JUST FINE. I COME TO RESCUE HER WHEN I HEAR HER CRY ESCALATE TO A CRY THAT ONLY MAMA KNOWS WHEN ITS TIME. GODS TIMING IS PERFECT. AND I CAN LOOK BACK AT EVERY CLEAR MEMORY WHEN GOD MET ME IN MY DARKEST DEEPEST NEED. HE IS FAITHFUL. BUT WHEN MY FAITH NEEDS TO GROW. I PRAY THAT I WILL BE STILL AND KNOW THAT GOD IS IN CONTROL. I WILL WAIT ON GOD TO SPEAK, AS I READ THROUGH HIS WORD WETHER I UNDERSTAND IT OR NOT.HE WILL SHOW ME HIS LOVE. IN HIS GOOD AND PERFECT TIMING. IF YOU NEED ENCOURAGEMENT, OR IF YOU NEED PEACE. GO TO GODS WORD AND PRAY FOR HIM TO SPEAK. |

Nettie, Thanks for sharing ~ I love when that song gets played on the radio. We all need to be open to God when he does speak to us. I think we get busy with business and forget that it is ok to be quiet and just listen for His word. Sometimes his word comes in ways that we don't expect. Blessings, Bev D. |

Hey Nettie, Thanks for that great reminder! I have learned so much about faith and how the Lord answers. I actully used to think to myself, where is God and why isn't he helping or talking to me. In church this week, I learned about life's trials and to take them with joy because it is the Lord working in our lives. I then realized when he was talking to me and at all times, I found him talking to me very BOLDLY through his word. It so AMAZING!! I used to think, God I am suffering, please come rescue me right away. I never really knew about what it really meant to build faith in him. I always had faith of course and knew he had the bigger picture of everything, but I always wanted answers and would once in awhile want to take things into my own hands, but not anymore!  God is so good and sometimes, I feel like I do not deserve him to be so good to me, but he is a loving and forgiving father and I am so glad to be apart of his world. Just wanted to share!!!

Thanks for sharing Nettie! I realized recently that I had not put all my confidence and trust in God for healing, etc. I was inpatient and would take matters into my own hands. I was reminded that perfect love casteth out all fear. What we go through is nothing compared to what Jesus suffered for us. I thank God that he never leaves us nor forsakes us and that he is never late. Thank God for this forum and that we are all growing in our relationships with him! God Bless Melissa |
