Does anyone know if Arbonne's progesterone cream help with endo
Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows if the Arbonne's Phyto Prolief progesterone cream works well with endo symptoms. I have been fighting increasing worse symptoms for two year now and would like to find something that really helps without a lot of bad side affects. Any insights on this cream would be most helpful? Also, does anyone know the proper procedure for using the cream. Thanks so much!!! |

Hello, I saw your other post and did not realize that it was progesterone cream. I do not know about this one. I will tell you of a brand that works great for me and is a good price online- http://www.betterhealthinternational.com/productDetails.asp?prodID=EM0908 I live pain free with this cream unless candida(yeast problem i have) kicks in... I use now 20 mg per day at night. I used to use 60 mg per day to keep me pain free, but because of better nutrition have been able to cut down. I also sometimes use another brand called Progestacare by lifeflo which works just as well. Make sure the cream you use has 480mg progesterone per ounce or more.. Let us know how it goes and which one works for you. It may take adjusting for a few months to get the right dosage to remain pain free. If you would like to use the brand you suggested, will you list the ingredients, so that we can check them out for you. Lori Proverbs 3:5

I haven't used it personally, but have heard good results from others. However, none of them have been diagnosed with endo (although I suspect they probably do have it). I've also heard some that just have some serious PMS symptoms say that it works great for that. |

Hello, Thanks for the replies. Here is a list of the key ingredients in the cream: Chaste tree, dong quai, evening primrose oil, red clover and black cohosh extracts, USP progesterone. Does that look like what is in the other creams pretty much. I already bought two bottles and they are being shipped to me, but I have not started using them yet. I will check out the creams that you suggested, Lori, as well. Thanks so much!!! |
