The ingredients of the Phyto Prolief Progestrone Cream
Here is a list of the key ingredients in the cream (Lori asked me to send them so they could check it out): Chaste tree, dong quai, evening primrose oil, red clover and black cohosh extracts, USP progesterone. Does that look like what is in the other creams pretty much. I already bought two bottles and they are being shipped to me, but I have not started using them yet. I will check out the creams that you suggested, Lori, as well. I also had a quick question on how to use the creams. Your site says start on day 6 with day 1 being the first day of your period. My question is that with all the spotting I have throughout the month my period lasts about 14 days. Should I start counting the first day the spotting starts or the first day of a heavy period? Thanks so much!!! Email address trisha_christian@hotmail.com Your Age (optional) 35 |

Hello Trisha! Sorry it took me so long to answer. I take evening primrose oil and used to take chaste tree. Good stuff! But the other ingred. Oh I do not know really. Perhaps just try it and see. I mean you will know if your pain worsens or gets better, but we do not want your pain to worsen! Well my thoughts are also-do these other ingredients get absorbed through the skin??? 1st day of the heavy period it seems to be the time to count. Sorry I am not much help. Let us know how it goes ok! Lori
