embarrassing

Ok ladies, I'm sure that this may be way more info than you asked for, but has anyone had problems w/bathroom accidents? I know I have IBS, but I thought it was under control. I thought it was just a fluke but during my last cycle during ovulation and again this week, I have had problems with being constipated. This is normal. What is not, is suddenly feeling the urge to go like it's diarrhea then in less than the time for the thought to register, I've pooed on myself. Very very embarrassing. I'm afraid to leave my house for fear of not having a bathroom and a change of clothes nearby. Thankfully I haven't yet had an accident at work or anywhere that I couldn't just leave right away. Along with these symptoms I've also had persistent headaches accompanied with nausea. But only during my last 2 ovulation times (including this past week). Any ideas or suggestions? I've been taking a charcoal/herb blend called "Gas & Bloating" by Aboca Pharmaceuticals that has been mostly helping with the nausea but I am afraid to take it more than once a day (it says to take two twice a day for prevention but I'm nervous about taking stuff preemptively). Sorry for the novel, but I thought last cycle was just a fluke, now I'm not so sure.

God bless,
Steph

Re: embarrassing

Oh so sorry Steph! I hope it is ok now. When I get diareah, I eat rice too. It does the trick in minutes. You can also carry a spare bannana around. I also suggest taking probiotics as they can fix both problems maybe even if it is endo on the bowels. Lord, we ask you please to help Steph to feel better and bring healing to her body. In Jesus name, amen.
