Questions????
Has anyone herd of a drink called Acai? A sweet lady from my bible study believes that it will help with ANY infirmaty. Cancer, fybro, Endo, etc. She is insistant that I try it. It has all kinds of fruits including the rare Acai berry found in Brazil, I believe. I am going to start a juice fast, But It seems hard to do. I also wanted to do a home enema. Which sounds very hard to do. Is it safe for me to buy one from the local pharmacy? Or should it be natural? I'm a little nervouse. I am also going to take an epsom salt bath every other day. I hope thats safe. And I need to get out of my house. I don't get any airflow, and feel that I am withering away in a toxic inviornment. I read that walking and breathing in fresh air, and getting sunlight is good to release toxins. Then after my seven day toxix dump, I'm going to introduce veggies and lighter foods. I hope this is safe considering I have the kiddos to take care of. |

Epsom salt baths are very good for you! They help ease up aches and pains, too. However, if you are/need to be on a salt restricted diet they can be not so good for you. I generally use 2 cups of epsom salts and about a 1/4 cup baking soda in the bath (with a few drops of lavendar oil if it's close to bedtime) when I'm in pain and it really does help! God bless and good luck with your fast! Steph |

I love Acai juice! I've been drinking it for about 3 months and the more I drink it the more I crave it. I actually quit coffee and now drink Acai or Pomegranite Juice daily. Acai juice has a ton of antioxidents in it, from what I've read it is very very good for you. And it's yummy! I haven't noticed any change with my pain but it's been a bad couple of months for me. I hope you find some relief! Good luck! Becky |
