It has been a long time.
Hi ladies, I know I have been on here for a long time, but I had so much going on in my life since the hysterectomy 2 years ago. I started a new job which i so hate and it is very stressful and takes up most of my time. I am the assistant to the assistant of the DON. I so did not want the DON postion had it once and did not like it. It is suppose to be a 5-1 job but has turned into a 5-?. No weekends but some how I work every other one. I am also deciding if I wnat to go back and get my master's degree in nursing, still praying on that one but I feel like the Lord is leading me in that direction. On the home front Brian and I have since divorced after a year and a half of marriage. He cheated on me and I just could not take it. In the middle of our divorce I was diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer. They fortunaly caught it in time and I only had to go through two months of radiation treatments, despite going through a divorce Brian along with my family and friends supported me through out it all. I am currently on vacation in Florida staying with Nikkie, we have be come great firnds and she is doing so well. I am so proud of her. I miss you all and I am sorry I am not here more often. I do pray each and every day for all of you. Love, Jenny |

Hey Jenny!!! It is nice to hear from you again! I am sorry to hear about all the troubles you have had. I know God has a good plan in store for you. Wow, so you are going all the way with your nursing, that is cool. I am actully working back at the assisted living home giving meds. and patient care. I was in dialysis but, needed a break from that for some time. I am glad you are ok. I will be praying the cancer does not come back. I have been sick off and on too, I have been struggling with asthma. I had a pretty bad attack this year and was sent to the ER. I am also moving out of my inlaws in June. So, been pretty busy myself. I hope you are having a good time in FL, talk to you soon. Love, Andrea

Hey Jenny! I am so glad that you posted. So many people come and go from this forum, it is wonderful to hear what you've been up to, and that you're hanging with Nikkie. Please say hello to her from me. I often think of her and wonder what's happening for her. It sounds like God is moving you in new directions, and how exciting going for your master's! I would love to keep going to school, there is just so much to learn. God bless you, Jenny. Take care of yourself and Nikkie too. Hope you are enjoying your vacation in Florida to the max. big hug, Sarah D. |
