Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to thank everyone for the continued interest and wonderful compliments of the site.
Wanted also to invite evryone to share and participate with any discussions on the forum here.. In the past it has been a one on one interaction with the topics discussed..remember that all of you are welcome to join in on future discussions..
I haven't had chance to update the site in the last few weeks to add more material..but will in the next few months..I'm sure that the material will keep everyone busy in the meantime...
And just a personal update...the past several months I expereinced even more " events and situations" that in the past would have grounded me in more "cycles"...but they haven't... had just "mild" feelings..allow myself to "process".. and have further seperated from the dysfunctional thinking patterns...and have been doing great... Wishing everyone my best wishes...
