Once you progress into your recovery you will experience incredible insights coming from your heart center ( chakra) that will bring to your consciousness feeling memories of the origin of the emotional trauma that you are releasing..
Our Adult connections whether they are spouses,friends,bosses etc. are like " messengers".. their dysfunctional behaviors are bringing up to our consciousness the wounds that need to be addressed...They are not the " cause"..
Only after a certain amount of experience can one recognize this..
