Bill,
Remember as I mentioned on the site..these are new " skills" that will take time to develop..
Each time you atempt to collapse into your feelings..pay attention to any thoughts that may pop up and try to interfere..gently let go..focus back on the feeling...breathe deeply into the feeling..and just allow your self to " be" with it..let it take it's own course..itwill eventually lead to a catharsis..when you " get there" completely let go and go as deep and as long as you can..Do not "stop" it prematurely...let it run out itself... as they say practice,practice and pratice... |
