Finally someone has posted info re; Casper Miller and Mary Swink. I descend from from a NC Miller line as well and I believe related to Casper but link not yet found. I have never found a marriage record to MAry Swink but agree that marriage is most likely.
Just where is Washington County, In located? I live in SW ohio. Have other relations in Jackson and Vigo counties as well as Richmond city,
