So what number of Bill Strange are you? I know Bill told me there was 6 Bills in a row? I believe one was a doctor in Loogootee but I'm not sure - the Martin County History book says.
When the opera house was going on Jim Hunt used to bring his reel to reel recorder, there was several tapes he made. Years after that Les Crowder started taping the shows with his video camera and my mom and dad had literally hours of the shows. Some of them are gone because people wanted them but there are still some around. I have a DVD I have made of 2 of the Hoosier Playboy's show that I watch now and then.
I also have something I know that you want - a stack of the 45 records Bill recorded with Herman and Jim Hunt Jr's band - The Country Rebels.
I also have several of both of the promo pictures made by the Hoosier Playboys, the one before me and the one with me.
I'll run you off a copy of the videos I have and drop them off at your Grandma's house. I have been meaning to get these 45s to her and this just gives me a reason to go. I'll give you some pictures I have too.

I just checked the message that you wrote last night so I called my Grandma today. She said that they have the stuff you left and that she really appreciates you bringing it by. She also said to tell you that she appreciates what you have done to have something about the Hoosier Playboys on here. Just for future reference, she no longer lives where she did. After my Grandpa passed away, she had some health problems and now lives with my Aunt and Uncle. For this reason I may or may not ever see what you brought but I do appreciate you getting it together. If I don't get it, I may ask you to make me another copy.
My Grandma also said that she has some stuff for your mother, but does not know how to get it to her. If you could let me know how, I told her I would let her know.
