4. Go to the first page of your document and click insert | page numbers. Click Format and select the type of page numbering you want.
5. Go to the first page of the document where you want the page numbers to change.
6. Click Insert | Page Numbers. Click Format and select the type of page numbering you want. At the bottom you need to click Start at, under page numbering and then select the number that you want the numbering to start at.
7. You should now have 2 sets of page numbering.

have document with fifty pages but I want first seven pages to have the Roman numbers like i,ii,iii,iv,v...and the remainig pages to have the normal numbers like 1,2,3,4,5,6... I am using office XP what do I do, it is urgent request please

Here is how you can do this.
1. Create your document.
