Usually when you received a message saying that a file is linked to a missing export file, that means that a file needed by the program to run is missing. Most likely this file was deleted or uninstalled by another program. The igfxtray program appears to be a program that is installed with some video cards. I would recommend that you reinstall the software that came with your video card. This is probably why you are also having problems running heavy duty games.

When the computer starts an error message is received as follows: igfxtray.exe file is linked to missing export hccutils.dll. Is display valid.Since those error messages occurred there are anomalies to the system, accessing the web and heavy duty games.
