I know on the old site there was a large list of door dec ideas by theme. I remember there were a lot to do with movies, like Harry Potter. Others were music related.
If you want to stick with the geography thing going on, you could do Malibu, Vegas, New York, Hawaii, and other areas that are considered "America's Playground."
