Morning Foot Cramps

Hi,

I was diagnosed 3 years ago with Early Onset PD and I am 41 now. I currently take Sinemet and Pramipexole. In the last 2 months I have begun to experience real bad foot cramps that occur within the first 5 minutes of waking up and walking around. They last about 15 minutes or until I put on socks and shoes. They occur 99% of the time in my left foot and only rarely on my right. The cramps are solo in my foot and not my calves. The big toe goes on way and the other toes another, with a tremendous amount of stress put on all toes. I have tried wearing socks to bed, soap at the end of the bed, wearing slippers to bed, stretching right away upon waking, eating bananas at night, drinking more fluids at night and nothing seems to work

Does any one have any suggestions to help?

Thank you!
