Not sure exactly what you're trying to do. If you are looking at guitar tab in Tonic Solfa ( do-re-mi ) format, then the corresponding notes will depend on the key you're playing.
E.G. In the key of G, the major scale ( do-re-mi-fa-so-la-ti-do ) would be:
G A B C D E F# G
In C it would be
C D E F G A B C
... and in D it's
D E F# G A B C# D
In fretboard terms, taking the base note as fret 1, it is always 1-3-5-6-8-10-11-12

If you are trying to match guitar chords to Tonic Solfa notes, it doesn't quite work that the chord you play is the equivalent of the note you sing, but it will be one of the 3 notes of the chord -
G chord has the G (do) B (me) and D ( so ) notes
Am chord has the E (so) A ( do ) and C ( sharp re )
