Its happened to us all. I have been in the same situation for six months now. My x found out I cheated, but it wasn't the same situation. She had separated from for weeks so I went out and met someone for a night. Anyway, its going to hurt for the next six months and I doubt if he will have the same respect and love he might have had before. It seems like he has moved on quickly. The only thing I would recommend is ask him if he will forgive you with time. Its frustrating, if I had to do it again, I would just accept my errors and move on and not let it happen again. You have a major emotional road ahead of you, good luck. I'm still waiting on mine to see if she forgives me.

My ex and I were together 6 years,have 2 children together, and then he leaves us. I made the mistake of cheating 3 months ago. It lasted 3 weeks. I felt terrible for him and realized how much I really loved him. We were doing well again, so I thought, and he said he didn't love me anymore. Now he's with my very next door neighbor and says he likes her. I've been so desperate and feel I'll never get over it. I beg him and cry to him but it doesn't seem to phase him. I feel as if I'm going crazy. He makes it a point that I see them together every day. I feel so rejected, and I cannot move on.
