subsidy for keeping a horse?

I have set up a website to help horse owners decided whether they should apply for the new single payment, a farm subsidy from Europe, that will be payable on land grazed by horses. The site covers the basics of the scheme and includes the first newsletter, subsidy made simple, free. Why not have a look. If you have friends who are not on the net why not print them a copy. And the subscription for the next 6 issues at only £10 would make a great Chritmas present.
