Well I dont have much advise on getting a horse- I am very very lucky to have a horsey family so Ive grown up with horses really. I have recently got a new horse, I had to pester a bit for him but basically my parents know that I am responsible and ill look after them! Maybe if you have other pets look after them really well and theyll know you could look after a horse, or you could compremise. For example say that you could look into loaning a horse first. Do you go to a riding school that you could loan a pony from? You'll have to sit down and discuss it with your parents really, and let them know you are really serious about having a horse. You should be aware though that they are VERY expensive to keep so maybe your parents just arnt able to afford a horse at the moment. Good look anyway and keep me informed of how your getting on!
