I am a member of the Charlotte, NC chapter of Altrusa International, Inc. In early December one of our members received an email from her brother sent to her by a Mike Stackpole whose brother Patrick was in the 25th Infantry in Afghanistan. They were soliciting items for an orphanage they had befriended as they were trying to spread good impressions of Americans. We have collected many boxes of things that were on their list as well as items for the soldiers. But our member's brother said his contact told him his brother was shipping out of Afghanistan and he has not received another contact name for our shipments to go to. If anyone knows of this project and can give us shipping information, we would love to complete this project. Thanks for any help that someone may send to us.
