I work with a man named Charlie Long who served with the the battalion 23rd Inf. from 1966-67. He is from Indiana, about 5' 7" tall and would have wieghed maybe 130 pounds in 1966. He trained in Hawaii before being sent to Vietnam with the 25th Division in 1966. His base was cu-chi. He asked me to see what I could find on the internet about his old outfit. I thought it would be cool if I could correspond with someone who knew him.
