My uncle, Leo Gibeau of Lawrence, MA., passed away this past winter; for years, family members asked him what he did and where he served - and despite his nightmares that never went away - he simply responded "I didn't do anything." This note goes out to anyone who may have served with Leo in New Guinea, New Caledonia, or Solomon Isles in World War II. No small information is too great. I can gain records from St. Louis, but I really would like to know more.
