Looking for anyone who might have served with my Dad at Ft. Shafter, HI, he also spoke of Scofield Barricks. He was a young 17 year old redneck from the Waco,Texas area who sang(a lot of songs about TX, and some Hawaiian songs) and played the guitar. He spent 3yrs there operating heavy equipment. He used to talk about hauling dirt from Diamond Head to build the golf course. If you have any information I would love to hear from you.
