Ho Bo Woods

Looking for anyone who was in the Ho Bo Woods in 1967 when three women gooks came out of a tunnel and set a satchel charge in 3 105's and all hell broke loose. Please get in touch. I would appreciate. It was Operation Paul Bunyon and I was with the 4/23 (Mech)

Re: Ho Bo Woods

Hello, my dad, Jerry Sisco, served in the 4/23 (mech) June '67 - Jun '68. He was in Bravo Co., 2nd Platoon, 4th Squad, #24 track driver. I am not sure if he was in this actual operation, but I do know he did a lot of time in the Ho Bo Woods area. My father didn't say much, until I got older and served in the military myself. My dad died a little more than a year ago from colon cancer, and so much information had gone with him. If my father was in the same area, please contact me. I have a few questions I need help with. Thank you.
