hey,c co 4/87 and dane harden from the scouts and copeland from b co. im trying to see if anybody has the same problem im having.i hurt my knee in basic and spent 8 of 13 weeks on profile. now my knee is bothering me and i filed a claim with the v.a. and there know telling me the never received my medical records when i out processed in san fran but they never let me know until about a month ago and unless i have a civilian doctor that can back me up im screwed.there saying i cant prove i got hurt on active duty. i could if they hadnt lost the records and it shouldnt count against me because they lost them. is anybody else having a similar problem or no.
