Hobo Woods Flag

We are in possession of a NV Hobo Woods flag, written on the edge "Sept. 11, 1968" and includes the name of Charlie DeMoore of the 25th Inf, 65th Eng Btn with his signature and another signature that I can't read. I would like information on how this flag was obtained by Charlie DeMoore and a picture of him if that's possible. With the flag would be even better. I would like to keep everything with the flag.
