LT.STATEN WAS A GREAT SOLDIER WHO WAS AWARDED TWO SILVER STAR'S FOR VALOR AND TWO BRONZE STARS ,ONE FOR VALOR!HIS EXCEPTIONAL BRAVERY RESCUING WOUNDED SOLDIERS AND AGRESSIVENESS UNDER ENEMY FIRE IS HIGHLY ADMIRABLE.I WOUND LIKE TO HEAR FROM SOLDIERS THAT SERVED WITH HIM IN A/2/12 FROM 8-68 TILL 4-69 OR ANY FOLKS THAT KNEW HIM!HE WAS IN A COUPLE OF PLT'S WHILE WITH A/2/12 INF. SEEMINGLY.SINCERELY ,PETE CULLEN A/2/12 INF. LOCATOR
