Mr. Whorl,

I checked with our resident expert and historian on this issue. He indicated that he replied some months ago, but is uncertain that you received his reply.

Research determined that you are not authorized to wear the 25th Infantry Division patch, as the 19th Engineer Bn was not assigned to the 25th Infantry Division, but instead to the 20th Engineer Brigade.

I hope that helps clarify the confusion.
