Dear Sir or Ma'am,

I am a retired Army Warrant Officer and was at Schofield Barracks this weekend for te festivities. There is a small park next to the Schofield Inn, right in front of the HQ. There is a small memorial for General Schneider there and the plaque is in shambles. I would like to contact someone about fixing the plaque. I will even pay for it myself but have no idea who to talk to. I have spent many hours of my life sitting in that little park and think this is the right thing to do.

Please let me know if you have a point of contact to bring this to their attention.
