I'm doing some family history and have a question that a 25th ID vet might know. Were any 25th Infantry division units deployed to Vietnam between 1962 and early 1965, prior to the whole division being deployed there? I've been told my uncle was in Vietnam during the early advisory stage, but his records don't reflect that. He was with the 25th medical battalion from 4/62 to 3/65. He was also attached to 1/35 inf for several months in 1962. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
